Sticks of light save your snowbound night

For those about to camp in dangerous or otherwise unsettling environments, remember that you’ve always got LED lamps on your side. In this case is via Kairi Eguchi’s design LET Touch Stick, a device which breaks up into parts for easy carrying and otherwise provides solar-charged sticks of light for safety. These lights are able to stay on all night or blink off and on throughout the night so you can safely be rescued by the forces that be from your long-lost place of snow-bound camp.

This design is made to be both easily packable and easy to use in emergency situations. As Eguchi notes, you’ll want to leave the charging panels revealed to the sun all day long, then toss your lights out at night if you do so happen to come into an emergency situation. And for those of you looking to get some extra use out of these lovely beasts if you’re not in trouble – just flip em on in your tent!

Foldable Tablet PC for your knee

The following project is a tablet made to fold into many different forms and sit nicely inside the Fujitsu brand. It’s important to note that this project was only designed to look nice inside the Fujitsu brand scheme, and is not an official project – that said, it does look so futuristic and tablet fantastic, we wouldn’t be surprised if Fujitsu’s eyebrows weren’t raised when they lay their eyes upon it. Behold the Breathebook.

Here you’ll find a tablet which transcends what you already know about tablets and allows you to relax with the form of it all. You’ve got a flexible display (not all the far off from reality now if you ask Samsung), as well as the ability to work with a set of two cameras as well as inductive charging. The idea that our future tablets will be folding over the side of our leg is a real one, folks – expect this sooner than later!

Upcycled Vintage Automotive turned Furniture

Perfectly Green Humidification

There’s a brand new way to humidify your room, and it comes in a rather green looking – and acting – product from Wonsang Lee. This design takes first a simple white bucket and a green handle and rim, adds a sort of sprout-like pod which sits at the top of the water inside the bucket. The pod converts the water it sits on into steam as it moves downward through its supply – and it’s simple as that!

Of course there are other value added elements to this equation such as the meaning of the actual product name: seçac Humidifier. The first of two words there is pronounced sessak and means “sprout” in Korean – and the shape of the pod in the humidifier is derived from a tulip bud – cute!

Getting Leafy Green for Kids

If you’ve got a study room specifically for the children in your house and you’ve got air that might be slightly less than green, there’s an air filter out there for you! WOW Air Green is a a green air filter which brings your room five stages of filtering for your room including a HEPA filter to protect against viruses and filtering elements which commonly cause allergies.

Plasma Ion technology is also used to remove any and all harmful materials in the air, creating a clean space for all. In addition, this unit “brings warm feelings of wood” into your indoor space – creating a sense of nature’s finest cleanliness!

This project is designed not only to allow parents peace of mind for the lung health of their children, it’s made to look nice as well. One giant green leaf is what this lovely machine is meant to look like, and green nature is what it’s meant to remind you of.
