Most decals indicating that there’s a family on board are boring and of the serious type. If you’re looking for something different, then you might want to get these Star Trek decals instead. They weren’t exactly made for that purpose, but hey, no one’s stopping you if you want to use it that way.

They’re actually sold in sets of 32 decals, where 23 of these are based on characters from Star Trek: The Original Series. Mix and match and throw in some random Tribbles when you feel like it (there are actually five of those included in every set). Each set is priced at $14.99.

Han Solo Carbonite Door Decal is Perfect for a Hutt Kids Room

One of my favorite moments from the Star Wars movies is when Han Solo gets encased in carbonite for his trip to Jabba the Hutt. We have seen plenty of products over the years featuring the likeness of Han Solo stuck in his carbonite tomb. One of the coolest was the carbonite desk .

While it’s not as cool as the desk, you can actually own this Han Solo in carbonite door sticker. The sticker looks like its 3D with Solo’s hands really sticking out of it, but it’s flat.

The sticker is easily removable according to the product page and can be reapplied to another door once removed. It sounds like this is sort of along the lines of a Fathead wall sticker. The only downside I see is that if your doors have any indented pattern on them, this won’t work, though you could always just stick it on your wall.

The Han Solo in carbonite sticker is available on Amazon for about $100(USD). Just be on the lookout for Boushh, or Han might escape from your trophy wall.

PS4 Mahogany Vinyl Skin: PlayStation 2600

If its predecessors are any indication, the PlayStation 4 will eventually be released in a variety of colors and finishes. It probably won’t be released in faux wood though. That’s where dbrand comes in. The Canadian company sells gadget skins made from 3M vinyls. One of their newest products is a mahogany skin for the PS4.

I don’t like how the vinyl looks on the Dualshock 4, but the console looks sweet. If you’re of the same opinion, don’t fret because the skins for the console and the controller are not bundled. In fact the skin for the PS4 is actually made of several pieces, which again can be bought separately.

You can order the mahogany vinyl for the PS 4 from dbrand. It will set you back $45 (USD) if you choose to buy skins for the entire console and one controller. You can also mix and match your order with other types of skins, such as carbon fiber and several metal finishes. Dbrand doesn’t have skins for the Xbox One yet, but I don’t think that will be the case for long.

Astromech droids are like GPS navigation systems for X-Wing pilots. Plus they can help to fix your ship on the fly and just keep you company. They are great to have docked into your hull. If only we had Astromech droids for our cars. Here is a way to at least make it look like you do.

Police Box Kit Makes Your Fridge Cooler on the Outside

Doctor Who fans may remember this picture of a refrigerator that’s been modified to look like the TARDIS, or at least a traditional British police box. It turns out that the people who made that fridge are selling kits so you can have your own TARDIS fridge at home too.

The kit started out as a pet project of Joy Alyssa Day and B.E. Johnson. Joy was a bit disappointed when she found out that the image of her customized fridge went viral but she and B.E. were barely credited. But she also noticed that many people were asking where they could buy the fridge, so the couple made the next best thing. You can order the kit from Joy and B.E.’s website.

The kits sell for $185 (USD) and can be customized according to the dimensions of your fridge. Joy and B.E. can also include a tiny door for your fridge’s ice maker if it has one – it’s the one with the “Pull to Open” phrase on the fridge door. Best of all, they can also add a sound module that can be programmed to play sound effects when the fridge doors open. I guess we all know what sound effects you want to have on there.
