EIZO has launched a new LCD monitor called the ColorEdge CG247. Built for professionals in printing, photography and post production, this new 24.1-inch IPS monitor provides 1920 x 1200 native resolution (16:10 aspect ratio), 1000:1 contrast ratio, 350 cd/m2 brightness, 7.7ms (GTG) response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. Not only that, the monitor also provides 99% coverage of the Adobe RGB color space and comes with a built-in SelfCalibration sensor, and has DVI-D, HDMI and DisplayPort connectors. Designed specifically for use in the operating room, this new 58-inch VA LED-backlight monitor provides 3840 x 2160 4K native resolution, 4000:1 contrast ratio, 700 cd/m2 brightness, 9.5ms response time and 176/176 degree viewing angles, and has 2x dual-link DVI-D connectors. EIZO has showed off a new LCD monitor ‘DuraVision FDF2304W-IP’ to its range. Designed for security (it allows the connection and operation of the IP camera directly without using a PC), this new 23-inch IPS LED-backlight monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 8ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles, and features HDMI, LAN and 2x USB 2.0 connectors. EIZO is preparing to release a new touchscreen LCD monitor, the FlexScan T1781. Adopting an IPS panel, this new 17-inch LED-backlight 5-point capacitive multi-touch monitor provides 1280 x 1024 native resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 350 cd/m2 brightness, 22ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. Not to mention, it also comes with two built-in 1W stereo speakers and has D-Sub, DVI-D and DisplayPort connectors. The FlexScan T1781 will go on sale from February 14th for 99,750 Yen (about $953). EIZO has just dropped a new medical LCD monitor called the RadiForce RX850. Designed specifically for use in the hospital, this 31.1-inch IPS LED-backlight monitor provides 4096 x 2160 native resolution, 1450:1 contrast ratio, 850 cd/m2 brightness (calibration recommended brightness 500 cd/m2), 20ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. Adopting a TN panel, this new 15-inch LED-backlight monitor provides 1024 x 768 native resolution, 600:1 contrast ratio, 400 cd/m2 brightness, 8ms response time and 160/160 degree viewing angles. In addition, it also has two built-in 500mW stereo speakers and features DVI-D and D-Sub connectors.
