Each part has an appropriate descriptor as part of it’s name- Loud Lungs, Immense Intestine, Spectacular Spleen, etc. They measure about 9″ each (obviously that varies quite a bit depending upon the body part’s shape). Here’s some more:
There’s also a set of much smaller lapel pins and keychains featuring the same lovable organs (not pictured by available at the link below too). That’s a body part for everyone. Buy one of each and construct your own plush internal organ structure.

By the time you go to bed at night, you’re pretty worn down from the day’s events. Your life bar must be close to zero. Some sleep will help and that life bar will be full in the morning. If you want a visual reminder of this, just add a pixelated The Legend of Zelda life bar to your headboard.
These 8-bit hearts were attached to a wood headboard with screws and they make this bed look extra geeky. To make one yourself, just make a pattern of the hearts, then use a jigsaw to cut them out of wood. After that, just add paint. You now have a cool life bar on your headboard.

In what this blog is calling “the geekiest Valentine” ever, Instructabler duboisvb built a little robot with a heart-shaped box on top that dispenses Hershey’s Kisses in a heart shape pattern. What did you give your sweetheart, flowers? You’ve been out-geeked, loverboy. Let’s see how this thing squirts out the Hershey chocolate goodness all over the floor:
