Figma Seto Kaiba Action Figure: Stop Saving the World and Get this Toy

Max Factory and Good Smile Company begrudgingly present Yugi Muto’s rival and Yu-Gi-Oh‘s ironic dweeb hater, Seto Kaiba.

The 6.5″-tall action figure comes with a Duel Disk, a deck of cards and a briefcase that has slots for the cards. It also comes with two faces and three pairs of eyes. You’ll also get an extra portrait for the Figma Yami Yugi figure if you grab Seto.

You can pre-order the action figure from BigBadToyStore for $80 (USD). But you might want to ship it straight from Good Smile Company instead, because they’ll give you an exclusive Enemy Controller toy as a bonus.

Playmates TMNT x Ghostbusters Action Figures: Parapsychologists in a Half Shell

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figures get a ton of alternate and crossover versions, but Playmates’ Halloween offering has to be an instant classic. It’s a mashup of New York weirdest: TMNT and Ghostbusters.

The mashup casts Raphael as Winston, Leonardo as Ray, Mike as Pete and of course Donatello as Egon. Not only do they have ghostbusting uniforms and accessories, they even have their respective characters’ hair. Each action figure also comes with a different ghost to bust.

Now we need a mashup of the Turtle Van and the Ecto-1. These figures should be available very soon at Target stores for $20 (USD) each. Toyark got their hands on the figures and took tons of beauty shots, so be sure to check out their gallery if you’re interested in the toys.

McFarlane Toys Destiny 2 Ikora Rey, Zavala & Cayde-6 Action Figures: Hey, Take Us with You

Quickly, Guardian. There’s a sale at the Tower – they’re selling the vendors themselves. McFarlane Toys continues its line of Destiny toys with 7″ action figures of the Vanguards: Ikora Rey, Zavala and Cayde-6. The figures are based on the characters’ in-game assets from Destiny 2, where all three play a more pivotal role.

The figures have at least 12 points of articulation, and each comes with a chase redeemable McFarlane Toys Hellspawn emblem and a unique weapon. Ikora Rey comes with the Deadpan Delivery shotgun, Zavala has the Daedalus assault rifle, and Cayde-6 comes with the Ace of Spades hand cannon. They won’t be out until Spring 2018, but you can pre-order them now from BigBadToyStore for $18 (USD) each.

McFarlane Toys doesn’t have the best track record when it comes to articulation, so if you’re picky about that you’re better off hoping for a higher tier toy maker like ThreeA to make these guys. But you can be pretty certain that these will be great-looking figures for the price.

The Dark Tower POP! Figures Have Moved On

Of all the stuff that Stephen King has written, his best work by far in my opinion is The Dark Tower. The way all of the characters are woven into the body of work is incredible, plus it’s got guns and stuff. If you are counting the day until the new movie hits theaters like me, you will want these The Dark Tower POP! figures from Funko.

You can get Roland – The Gunslinger, or the evil Man in Black, both based on the movie adaptation. I have some issues with the casting of the flick, I thought that Scott Eastwood would have been the perfect actor for Roland.

I do like Idris Elba though and think he will make a good gunslinger. I thought that Matthew McConaughey was a strange casting for The Man in Black. In fact, I heard he is easily captured in the film because he turns alright, alright, alright.

Jon Snow POP! Action Figure Didn’t Ask to be King of the North

Jon Snow has had a rough life. First he was a bastard, then his mom hated him, and his ginger hottie got killed, and he died that one time. Now he’s King of the North, but he didn’t ask for that mind you. Just in time for Season 7, we’ve got a new collection of Game of Thrones Pop! figurines, which includes Jon Snow, among others.

In addition to Jon, you can get Cersei with her terrible short hair, Tormund, Tyrion, Bran, and Wun Wun the giant. I like Wun Wun. He stands 6-inches tall and festooned with arrows.

Tyrion is the same size as the other figures which doesn’t really make sense though. Most of the figures cost $9.99 (USD), while $14.99 will get you Wun Wun over on ThinkGeek. I wonder if Funko Tormund has the hots for Brienne.

Sideshow Collectibles Goes Behind the Scenes with Rey and BB-8 Figures

If you have ever lusted over the cool and expensive action figures and collectibles that Sideshow Collectibles offers and wondered how the hand-painted coolness comes together, check this out. This behind the scenes video at the toy shop shows how the Star Wars Rey and BB-8 premium format figures are painted and put together.

This looks like it would be a very cool job, assuming you have some artistic painting talent, which I lack completely. The video is only a bit over a minute long and if you like collectibles toys, you will want to watch it:

If you’ve ever questioned why figures like these cost hundreds of dollars, this video should set you straight on just how labor-intensive they are to make.

ReAction E.T. Action Figure Set Will Steal Your Speak & Spell

I remember when E.T. came out at the theater when I was a kid. I wanted to go see it so bad I couldn’t stand it, but my parents wouldn’t take me. Instead, I had to wait the average 97 years it took movies to land on video back in the ’80s to see it. I remember two things, I had a big crush on Drew Barrymore and I so wanted that flying bike.

Fans of Spielberg’s classic movie who want to relive those early ’80s childhood memories will want to grab this action figure set.

The retro-style Funko ReAction figures include Elliot, E.T., and Gertie, as well as accessories like a tiny Speak and Spell. They’re available for $29.99(USD) at Entertainment Earth. It’s limited to 5,000 pieces globally, though the sets aren’t individually numbered. There’s also a glow-in-the-dark version of E.T. but it appears to already be sold out.

I was always mad they didn’t make a sequel to E.T. – almost as angry as I was that there was never a sequel to The Last Starfighter.

7 Epic Game of Thrones Action Figures

funko-cersei-lannister-action-figure

Most Game of Thrones fans would probably agree that overall, the six seasons of the show have been great.

Thanks to HBO, the TV series adaptation of George R. R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” we had something to look forward to every year (and still have 2 more to go). And admit it, during the season, you just can’t wait for the next episode, too.

The seventh, and sadly, the second to the last season of game of thrones is still a few months away and most fans – like you and me – surely can’t just sit and wait for HBO to air it. But while we all wait for that moment and before the saga eventually comes to a close, here are some Game of Thrones action figures you can get to: (a) keep you more excited about the season, (b) beautify your space and (c) help you remember this awesome TV series.

2014 Exclusive Tyrion Game of Thrones Legacy Collection Action Figure

All throughout the course of the show,Tyrion has remained as one of the few Lannisters we loved due to his constant wittiness. “I drink and I know things,” so he says. While he is more wit than strength, we have seen him force himself into battles on occasion. You can currently Get this exclusive Tyrion Lannister legacy collection action figure for $11.85 and reminisce.

Funko Daenerys Targaryen Action Figure

The Queen of the Andals, the Breaker of Chains, the Mother of Dragons. You know the list of Daenerys’ titles goes on! A promoter of woman power, her charm, wits and strength put together makes her a probable taker of the Iron Throne. Before she even tries to seize the throne, you can actually own a Funko Daenerys action figure, where she is donned with her deep blue slitted dress and cape – a familiar outfit she wore after liberating the people in Slaver’s Bay during the third season.

Funko Cersei Lannister Action Figure

Admit it or not, Cersei is one of the characters you love to hate and hate to love. She is incredibly cunning and almost always dresses to kill, well, apart from the walk of shame of course. But despite being defeated for a while, she managed to rise up and make an explosive comeback, literally. If Cersei is your spirit animal, you can have your own Cersei Lannister action figure for currently costing $19.99.

Funko Jon Snow Action Figure

This Stark bastard has definitely made a name for himself by standing up for his principles. And while we are nearing the end of Game of Thrones, the true identity of Jon Snow is just about to unfold. For all we know, he might make it big time, rising even higher than he has so far. The Iron Throne, perhaps? In the meantime, get this Jon Snow action figure as a reminder of his supremacy in the Night’s Watch.

Funko Legacy Action: Arya Stark Action Figure

Just like Tyrion, I would consider Arya Stark as small but terribly powerful. Amid being boyish, she also represents the strength of a woman. She’s travelled far and wide and made it through a number of struggles herself. Remember when she cut her hair and made a journey to the Wall to find Jon Snow? That’s exactly how the Arya Stark action figure looks like. Plus, of course, Needle, her sword, always by her side.

Dark Horse Deluxe Game of Thrones: Sansa Stark Action Figure

Sansa is one of the characters I have learned to love as the Game of Thrones went by. Early on Sansa seemed like she had nothing much to offer: a feeble Stark sister when compared to Arya. (Boo!) But she has started to become more cunning and tough after enduring hardships with Ramsay Bolton and even helped to retake Winterfell from the Boltons. I am as curious as other fans are about what else Sansa has to offer. Sansa Stark fan now? Get this Sansa Stark action figure for $20.42.

Dark Horse Deluxe Game of Thrones: Hodor & Bran Stark Action Figure

Hodor may have only spoken the same word in his Game of Thrones existence, but we all know he played a crucial part in the series. He’s not only the dude responsible for bringing Bran to places, we have also found out why he has only spoken “Hodor” – a moment in the sixth season that has made most viewers cry. Love that heroic moment of Hodor. Get this Hodor action figure with Bran on his back for $25.19.

Stranger Things Pop! Vinyl Figures Include Eleven with Eggos

I think Stranger Things is the best show that Netflix has ever made and I hope season two is much longer than season one. If you’re a big fan Funko Pop! Vinyl figures of the main cast are now available. All of the kids are here, including Dustin, Mike, Lucas, and Will.

You can get two Eleven figures with one bald with a bloody nose, and the other has blonde hair. You don’t get to choose which you get, though. It appears that the one with hair is the rare limited-edition version. At least both come with Eggos.

Of course, you can get Barb, though she’s not wearing mom jeans.

You can get the Demogorgon with its creepy face petals open or closed to devour your soul. Again you don’t get to choose, and the closed version is the limited edition.

stranger_things_pop_demagorgon

Each of the characters will cost $10.99(USD) and they will be available in April 2017. You can pre-order them all at Entertainment Earth now. It’s too bad you can’t choose which of the Eleven or Demogorgon characters you get. Most of us will want both, but that’s the nature of the beast.
