I-O Data has launched a new 6-Bay NAS server ‘HDL6-H48’ for the mass market. Aimed at medium business users, this 6-bay NAS server is equipped with a 1.86GHz Intel Atom dual-core processor, a 1GB DDR3 RAM and six 2.5-/3.5-inch SATA HDD/SSD bays (w/ 6x8TB WD Red HDDs = 48TB).

Furthermore, the HDL6-H48 comes with a small LCD display for status check, 2x USB 2.0 ports (1x front, 1x rear), 2x USB 3.0 ports (rear), 2x LAN ports and 2x built-in large fans on the back.

Available in two different storage capacities: 2TB (Black, White & Millennium Ultramarine Blue color options) and 3TB (Black only color option), these palm-sized hard drives feature a durable exterior shell (w/ casual wave pattern design on the side), a USB 3.0 connection interface and NTFS format.
