Princeton has unveiled two new LCD monitors ‘PTFWYF-17 (white)’ and ‘PTFBYF-17 (black)’ to its range. Both of these 17-inch monitors provide 1280 x 1024 native resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio (20,000:1 DCR), 250 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms response time and 160/160 degree viewing angles. In addition, they also come with two built-in 1W stereo speakers and feature D-Sub and stereo mini-jack connectors. The PTFWYF-17 and PTFBYF-17 will go on sale from July 2nd, prices unannounced yet. AOC has launched the Aire iPlay 23-inch monitor. What makes this monitor special is that it is equipped with an integrated iPod/iPhone docking station. The AOC Aire iPlay supports a Full HD 1920×1080 pixel resolution with a 5ms response time and a 16:9 aspect ratio. NEC has introduced another one of its upcoming LCD monitor, the MultiSync LCD-P232W. Featuring an IPS panel, this new 23-inch LED-backlight monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 14ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. In addition, it also has a built-in 3-port USB 2.0 hub and a number of connectivity ports including DVI-D, mini D-Sub, HDMI and DisplayPort. As part of the Professional series, this new 22-inch LED-backlight (TN panel) monitor provides 1680 x 1050 native resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms response time and 170/160 degree viewing angles. In addition, it also comes with a USB 2.0 hub (1x USB upstream port, 2x USB downstream ports) and features DVI-D, mini D-Sub and DisplayPort connectors.
