Growing up, my uncle had this collection of glasses that had sexy women on them. When you put cold liquids into them, the clothes disappeared on the glasses leaving the ladies in their undies. I thought those were the greatest glasses ever made. ThinkGeek has something sort of the same, but with much less naked, and much more astronomy.

There’s nothing wrong with having breakfast all by your lonesome. But if you can enjoy your usual cup of Joe with a round of stimulating conversation to go with it, then why not? There’s only so many (or so few) cups that your two hands can carry though, and that’s where these mugs come in.
The Link Mugs look like typical, white ceramic mugs. Plain even, except for a cross protrusion on one side. Look on the other side, and you’ll find a similarly-shaped recess on the mug. It’s pretty awesome what such a design addition can do, because it allows you to link one mug to the other, so you can carry several of them with ease at a time without worrying about spilling stuff or burning your fingers.

The adults in Westeros seem to drink booze like there’s no tomorrow. Given the world they live in, I don’t think we can begrudge them that. Etsy shop Chischilly Pottery pays homage to Game of Thrones‘ drunkards and direwolves with these awesome ceramic drinking horns. As the shop boasts, the mugs are sculptures you can drink from.
As you can see, the mug is made to rest in a slanted position, following the shape of the wolf’s head. It can hold 22oz. of liquid in this position and 32oz. when upright. The mug comes in matte, glossy and metallic finishes.
Warg into your browser and head to Etsy to order the mugs. They cost $50 (USD) to $54 each. Chischilly Pottery also has other mug designs, including dragons and horses.

The iCup is a mug in the shape of Apple’s trademark bitten apple logo that comes with a matching saucer and spoon. The saucer isn’t just a plain old saucer, as it can be plugged into your MacBook via USB to heat up the plate, keeping your mug and its contents warm while you toil away on your computer.
The iCup was designed by Tomislav Zvonarić, who was inspired by his love for Apple. That much is clear in the small details you can see in his design, from the mug’s leaf handle to the tiny apple logo on the handle of the spoon.
Apple probably won’t give the green light for this to go into production, but it’s still a pretty awesome design all the same.
