JAPANNEXT is gearing up to release their latest 55-inch 4K LCD monitor, the JN-VT5500UHD. Adopting a 10-bit RGB color SVA panel, this new 55-inch LED-backlight monitor supports a native resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and provides 60Hz refresh rate, 6000:1 contrast rate, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 8ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles.

Equipped with built-in stereo speakers (10Wx2), the JN-VT5500UHD provides 4x HDMI 2.0, 1x earphone output, 1x S/PDIF, 1x USB input ports. The JAPANNEXT JN-VT5500UHD will start shipping from January 31st for 89,970 Yen (about $809). [Product Page]

I-O Data is set to release their latest 55-inch 4K LCD monitor, the LCD-M4K551XDB. Utilizing the Super Resolution technology for improving the low resolution images, this new 55-inch ADS LED-backlight monitor supports a native resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and provides 1200:1 contrast ratio, 350 cd/m2 brightness, 8ms (GTG) response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles.

Not only that, it also utilizes the ‘Enhanced Color’ function – gives sharpness to videos and vividly expresses it, ‘Flicker-Free’ technology and ‘Blue Light Reduction’ function.

Equipped with built-in stereo speakers (6Wx2), the LCD-M4K551XDB provides 1x D-Sub, 3x HDMI and 1x DisplayPort input ports. The I-O Data LCD-M4K551XDB will begin shipping from late October for 118,000 Yen (about $1,050). [Product Page]
