It’s never a bad time to put on a Star Wars costume, and that’s especially true this Halloween, with the new movie coming out and the series being bigger than ever. Choosing which costume to get is a tricky question, but we’re here to help:
Darth Vader Costume
The Darth Vader costume for adults includes the jumpsuit, cape, boot covers and mask, but doesn’t come with the lightsaber. You can buy the costume on Amazon.
Obi-Wan / Jedi Knight Costume
This costume, which makes you look like Obi-Wan Kenobi or other jedi knights, comes with the robe, outfit and belt, giving you the perfect Star Wars hermit look. You can buy it in sizes small through XXX-large.
Stormtrooper Costume
You can buy the Stormtrooper costume for men or for women.
Chewbacca Costume
There are plenty of Chewbacca costumes out there, but not one of them is of higher quality and provides greater detail than this one.
Kylo Ren Costume
The son of Han and Leia, the nephew of Luke, grandchild of Anakin, but also the face of the Dark Side these days. Kylo Ren is a badass costume to have.
Rey Costume
The center of focus in the new Star Wars trilogy, Rey doesn’t just stand out because she’s a female Jedi, but because her costume is a lot more comfortable than anything else in the Star Wars universe.
Yoda Costume
It’s weird seeing Yoda as someone who’s taller than 4-feet, but adults deserve to dress up like him on Halloween too.
Princess Leia Costume
This princess Leia costume includes the robe, wig (you can’t do it without the wig) and the belt. You can also do the hairstyle yourself. Some people prefer the DIY approach.
C-3PO Costume
If you’re going to be gold & bold for Halloween, a C-3PO costume is the way to go.
R2-D2 Costume
Most R2-D2 costumes are for kids, but you can still be a grown up women and go to a Halloween party with a dress resembling the OG little droid.
BB-8 Costume
Same style, different droid and different color palette.
Han Solo Costume
This Han Solo costume refers to his look in parts of The Empire Strikes Back.
Boba Fett Costume
And if you want to look like the person who had Han Solo frozen in Carbonite, go with Boba Fett as your Halloween costume.
Finn Costume
You can buy this jacket on Amazon.
Jabba the Hutt Costume
While it might be the least accurate of the Star Wars costumes, it gets the job done. Looking like the real Jabba isn’t a one-person task.
Rebel Pilot Costume
Call it a rebel pilot or resistance pilot, it’s more or less a Poe Dameron costume, only it also requires a helmet which you can get separately.
