Domo Kun! The iconic Japanese character is going to college. In this case he’s getting lucky at the University of Kentucky (go Wildcats) but also most other major schools as well. We spotted these new licensing agreement at the 2013 Toy Fair- Domo with shirts. Why not? Domo is also joining the NHL along with his buddy Sock Monkey. No word on whether or not the giant 4 foot Domo shown will be available.
Even if you don’t know his name or story, chances are you’ve probably seen Domo-kun’s face. Which is also his body. And once you’ve seen him, it doesn’t matter if he’s the mascot of Japanese TV station NHK or a holy servant who kills baby animals. The undeniable fact is that he’s adorable. So would you turn down a chance to turn normal bread into Domo-kun? Hell no!

And it isn’t as if he is going to be large enough to pull a droid’s arm of of it’s socket, so it is safe to have around as well. Just be careful with your tools.
You’ll need a furry material, some polyfill, cardboard, some red and white felt, some paper for your pattern, cutting instruments, a hot glue gun and a few other supplies. No actual Wookiees or Domokun are required though.

Oh Domo, you irresistible Japanese monster, what are you up to now? Why he’s holding your hot drinks with the brand new Domo Sculpted Mug.
