We’ve yet to see a leaked image of the purported Samsung Galaxy S5, but the folks at Sim Only Radar designed what they think could be the next Galaxy S handset, with a rounder display and very thin bezels. A rumor has it that the upcoming Galaxy S5 will come in two versions: one featuring a curved display with metal design while the other one will carry the same plastic form factor as the previous Galaxy S versions. And, the concept image goes pretty well with what we’ve heard about the appearance of the handset.
The handset is rumored to come with a 5-inch Super AMOLED display boasting a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, 4GB of RAM, 16GB storage with microSD card slot, a 64-bit processor, a 16MP ISOCELL camera with Android 4.4 KitKat pre-installed out of the box. There’s no official word about the availability, but rumors suggest it will launch by the end of Q1 next year, possibly by the end of February 2014 while a few of them points at April.
