Star Wars x Masters of the Universe Custom Action Figures: He-Wars
In his latest collection, the talented custom figure maker Sillof imagines what Star Wars characters would look like if they lived in the Masters of the Universe universe. It’s a reference to the origins of He-Man and his fellow Eternians. The MOTU toy line would probably not exist if not for Mattel’s infamous decision to turn down the rights to produce Star Wars toys.
Sillof mainly used parts from Masters of the Universe Classics figures to make the He-Wars figures. It’s because he doesn’t consider the collection a mashup or a costume swap: “Rather, it imagines a world in which the similarities are extended to place the Star Wars archetypes inside the Masters of the Universe world.” That still sounds like a mashup to me, albeit between characters and aesthetics.
Use the Power of Grayskull and journey to Sillof’s website for individual shots of the figures.

He-Finn the Human Action Figure: Masters of the Oooniverse
Citizens of Oooternia, Prince Finn is here to protect you from the Icer King, Marcel-Lyn and Skelemongrab, thanks to toy modder James Freckingham aka Robotic Industries.
The bootleg action figure is based on a one-off toy that James made last year using parts from vintage figures (note the bracers and loincloth). That custom figure is shown in the images below, alongside Jake the Battle Dog. James and art store Fugi have since teamed up to release a very limited run of He-Finns. Sadly, Finn’s best bud isn’t with him, but he does have his golden sword of battle and his backpack.
Fugi will sell just 10 units of He-Finn on its website starting March 11 for ~$70 (USD) each; it will sell five more units on its booth at ToyCon UK this April.

Guy Masters Universe, Builds Giant Skeletor Action Figure Replica
If you are a He-Man fan who finds the 80′s action figures just a little too small, check this out. Oh and clear some floor space if you want to make one of these yourself. This is a giant replica of the Skeletor action figure, no doubt made by the power of Grayskull.
This giant action figure was made by Diego D. Gonzalez of DDG Colecciones. I guess the standard action figure size wasn’t big enough. Skeletor even has his staff accessory, which has been super-sized as well.
Here are some images and video documenting the build…
Boy that stand being used to hold Skeletor up during construction doesn’t look too comfortable.
You can check out more images from the build here if you want to try making one for yourself. Good luck with all that.
