Designed for notebook, tablet and ultrabook PCs, these ultra-compact SSDs come with a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, an LSI SandForce 2281 controller, a MTBF of 1 million hours, TRIM support and can deliver read/write speeds of up to 540/530 MB/s (240GB) and 530/340 MB/s (480GB), respectively. These ultra-compact SSDs are equipped with 19nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a Marvell 88SS9187 controller, a MTBF of 2.4 million hours, TRIM support and capable of delivering read/write speeds of up to 540/160 MB/s (64GB Model) and 540/320 MB/s (128GB Model), respectively.
