Drones are awesome, fun sources of entertainment for adults and kids who are into fast, hightly maneuverable machines – whether they fly or not. For those of you who enjoy the thrill of speed, here is one of our favorite fast machines via parrot, the Jumping Night series of drones.
The Parrot MiniDrone Jumping Night, is the last creation of the Parrot team, an incredible terrestrial drone that excels at maneuverability, agility, and keeping users entertained. This baby here is capable of accelerating up to 5.3 mph, which is an incredible speed for such a small thing. It features a few LEDs with adjustable intensity so it can send signals for tracking, or even shoot video in completely dark areas, so users can always see where it’s going – or where it went.
The Jumping Night minidrones are controlled in Wi-Fi 2.5 or 5 Ghz using the manufacturer’s free app, FreeFlight 3 on smartphones and tablets, so users don’t need to be carrying a bulky controller around whenever they take it out for a spin. This app works in both iOS and Androidm and from it you can also see a live feed of where the drone is going so you can better control it directly from your screen
The Jumping Night series comes in three diferent variants, Jumping Night Diesel, Jumping Night Buzz and Jumping Night Marshall. All three of them can be controlled in many ways and modes, including the Jumper mode that enables it to spring up to 2.5 feet in height and length while landing on its own two wheels. It also can perform acrobatics without need for training thank to its automatic movement system, or even use its retractable wheels to switch from large to compact to better adapt for the terrain and whatever the user desires: whether it is speed, or agility, the Jumping Night series is all about flexibility and stepping up to the situation.
The Jumping Night Drone comes with both camera, speakers, and microphone embedded, and it’s even capable of speaking and showing its mood via the various ‘bip’, ‘ziiip’, ‘groutch’ sounds, which is just adorable. Furthermore, the drone will act as a Walkie Talkie, so if you find someone you know, you can say hello straight from this drone. Furthermore, the camera angle is so wide that if you’re looking for someone in a crows, or trying to get the feel of an area, you will have a fantastic shot no matter where the drone is. Whatever the MiniDrones record will be shown on your smartphone’s screen, but these will be also saved on its 4 Gb flash memory. What’s more, considering that this drone doesn’t fly but is just as fun as a flying one, you won’t believe how much longer the battery lasts in comparison: you might even have to worry about your smartphone before you even get to think about the drone.
