Each apartment comprises a pretty large hall, a gallery, salon, bathroom, sleeping/leisure area and a storage area. Not to mention the killer view of the waters you get from your balcony. Each single apartment unit can be connected by a floating platform to a Central Floating Unit, which can independently house a reception, event hall, cafe/restaurant, staff quarters, and offices. How cool is that! And I don’t think I mentioned this enough… IT FLOATS!
