The differences between my son and my daughter are amusing. When I took my son TV shopping, all he wanted was the biggest screen possible. My daughter, on the other hand was perfectly willing to get a small screen providing the TV was “such ‘dorable.” I think Sceptre’s new line of colorful TVs would be “such ‘dorable” in the eyes of most kids and a lot of adults too.
You can get the X332XV-HDV 32-inch TVs with a bright pink case, purple case, or a white case. I’m not even going to show my daughter the pink one because she would go nuts. Other than bright colors, the TVs are LED backlit and offer 1366 x 768 resolution. Sure, that isn’t very good these days, but on a screen this small the difference will be slight for most people.
The sets also have three HDMI puts and a pair of 10W speakers. Pricing for the TVs is unknown, but similarly sized plainly colored TVs from Sceptre go for around $200-$250. If looks matter more than specs and performance, this might be the perfect set for you.
