Three sprinkles are being offered: the Police Box, Steampunk, and Lightning. They were thought up by Tara Theoharis, who is the creator of Geeky Hostess.

Simply use the touch screen to choose from nine flavors (black & white, chocolate coconut, Cuban coffee, dark chocolate, lemon meringue, red velvet, strawberry, vanilla or vanilla milk chocolate), swipe your card to be charged $4.25 per cupcake and your tasty baked good is produced from a door next to the screen.
