Sharkoon hits back by launching their newest docking station, the QuickPort USB 3.1 Type C. Measuring L72mm x W130mm x H55mm and weighing 367 grams, this compact docking station allows for quick and easy connection of SATA hard drives or SSDs to your computer without having to install a driver.

The docking station itself is suitable for a 2.5-inch HDD/SSD or a 3.5-inch hard drive, which slides easily into the drive bay of the QuickPort. On the front, there’s a status LED that indicates operation and data transfer, while on the back, there’s an inlet for the power adapter, a USB 3.1 Type C port and an on/off switch (the power adapter and a USB 3.1 cable (Type A plug to Type C plug) are included).
